📋 Charter Service Terms

Daily Package	9-hour dedicated car service, with a daily mileage limit of 100 kilometers. Driver and tour guide fees, tolls, parking fees, and insurance are not included — settled separately.
Extra Mileage paid directly to driver	Vehicles up to 16 seats: ¥5 RMB / km Vehicles above 16 seats: ¥8 RMB / km
Overtime (beyond 9h/day) paid directly to driver, rounded up to the nearest hour	Vehicles up to 16 seats: ¥100 RMB / hour Vehicles above 16 seats: ¥300 RMB / hour
Good to Know	City sightseeing days (40–60 km) fit comfortably within the allowance. Long excursions like the Great Wall round trip (120–160 km) incur a modest extra-mileage fee of ¥100–300. Multi-day charters reset both allowances daily. Child seats free on request.
