• 14:00–16:00 Cycle the full 14 km circuit atop the Ming dynasty wall at golden hour (2h)

Day 3 – Xi’an: Muslim Quarter food walk & Departure
• 08:30 Check out, luggage stored
• 09:00–11:30 Sample roujiamo, biangbiang noodles and pomegranate juice in the bazaar (2h)
• 12:00 Farewell lunch
• 14:00 Private transfer to airport/station for your onward journey. Tour ends.
