Last updated: 2026. These Terms govern your use of wingphoenix.com and the travel services booked through WingPhoenix (Shenzhen, Guangdong, China).
1. Services
We arrange and/or act as an agent for inbound China travel services: private charter cars and drivers, custom multi-day itineraries, small-group and private tours, licensed guides, eSIM/data and related add-ons. Where we act as agent, services are provided by third-party suppliers under their terms.
2. Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once you complete checkout and payment is received (card, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal or other supported methods). Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise and may change before confirmation.
3. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for a valid passport, visa or visa-free eligibility and accurate traveller details. Visa rules change often — verify current requirements before travel.
4. Itineraries & changes
Suggested itineraries, timings and prices are indicative; final schedules are confirmed with your trip designer and may adjust for weather, opening hours, traffic or availability.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid. We are not liable for third-party supplier acts or force majeure.
