1. About our services
WingPhoenix is a China inbound-travel planning company. Through the Site we offer, as applicable: (a) customised trip planning and itineraries; (b) private car & driver / charter transfers; (c) guide services; (d) eSIM and mobile-data products for travel in China; and (e) a shop of China specialty goods (food, crafts, and similar items). Not every service is available in every market.
2. Using the Site
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote, booking, or creating an account, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any content you submit. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or harvest data at scale, or impersonate others.
3. Quotes, bookings & payment
Prices, availability, and itinerary details shown on the Site are indicative and are confirmed with you before any booking is finalised. A booking is only binding once we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit or payment is received. We do not charge for the AI trip-planning tool itself; travel, transport, guide, and product services are quoted separately. Payment is processed through our supported gateways (e.g. PayPal / card); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the product or service and any supplier deadlines. See our Политика возвратов for details. Where a third-party supplier (hotel, driver, ticket issuer) applies its own cancellation terms, those terms may also apply to your booking.
5. Travel documents, visas & entry rules
You are solely responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, transit permits, health declarations) for your trip. Visa-free, visa-on-arrival and transit rules change frequently and differ by nationality; always verify current requirements with official government sources before you travel. Any information we provide about visas or entry is a general convenience, not legal advice, and we cannot guarantee entry to any country.
6. Itineraries & AI-generated content
Day-by-day itineraries — including plans generated by our AI trip-planner and our published guides — are suggestions to help you plan. Times, opening hours, prices, transport connections and conditions change; you should reconfirm key details (tickets, closures, weather, altitude, health guidance) before relying on them. Itinerary content is not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice, and travel is undertaken at your own judgement and risk.
7. Physical goods, shipping & customs
Orders of specialty goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs restrictions in your destination, and for confirming that items may lawfully be imported there. Some food, plant, battery or liquid items may be restricted by carriers or customs.
8. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, images, logos and software are owned by or licensed to WingPhoenix and protected by law, except where third-party material is credited. You may keep a personal copy of itineraries you generate for your own trip, but may not republish or resell our content commercially without permission. Content you submit to us (e.g. trip notes, reviews) stays yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the service.
9. Third-party links & services
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party providers (maps, ticketing, payment, carriers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or conduct.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and its information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for changes in travel conditions, supplier cancellations, or your failure to hold valid documents. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its “Last updated” date will always be posted on this page; material changes to an in-progress booking will be communicated to you directly.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the parties submit to the competent courts where WingPhoenix is established, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
