What we collect
Contact and booking details, travel preferences, payment data processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers), and usage analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Bing).
How we use it
To fulfil bookings, arrange drivers/guides/hotels, provide support, and improve services and marketing. We share only what suppliers need to deliver your trip.
Voice input
Our map and AI trip assistant offer an optional voice input. When you tap the microphone, your speech is recognised by your browser’s built-in speech feature (the Web Speech API). Audio is not uploaded to or stored on our servers: in browsers such as Chrome the audio is processed by the browser maker’s speech service (subject to that company’s own privacy policy), while other browsers, such as Safari, process it on your device.
The recognised text is then handled exactly like text you type: it is sent to our AI planning service (with the help of an AI processor) to understand your request and build your route, and it is not used for advertising. Voice input is entirely optional — we only ask for microphone permission when you tap the microphone, you can revoke it at any time in your browser settings, and you can always type instead.
